Studio Atomic designed the lighting for Hinojosa Studio's renovation of the Miami residence of a Latin American TV host. The apartment, built in the late 70's with low ceilings, features ample floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the ocean in Key Biscayne.

Studio Atomic balanced the flow of cool, natural light with warm interior lighting to complement the wood accents in the furniture, walls, and partitions. The adjustable, contemporary ceiling fixtures allow for targeted illumination of furniture, conversation areas, and artwork, avoiding harsh down-lighting and maintaining a sense of spaciousness despite the limited vertical space.
